Cancel an accessories bundle

When upgrading my phone I was sold an accessories bundle to arrive the same day. I have now had the phone over a week but the accessories have been delayed until September. I can't find a way of cancelling this order. Can anyone help as to how to cancel? Thanks

You need to contact O2 to cancel the accessories. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Hi @Becky412 

You would need to speak to our online team by calling 202 and they will get that sorted for you. When promted reason for calling please say Speak to Someone. That should put you through to someone to cancel the order.
