Cancel Spotify

I bought spotify premium a while ago and stopped using it so I canceled it however it turns out Ive been charged twice every month since I set it up, once through the o2 "things you've bought" and once through paypal, after canceling paypal has stoped charging me but o2 hasn't. Checking my spotify acount I dont have premium, is it linked to another account? If so where can I find it and stop it or block it from charging me again.

Hi @JBaldwin You cancel it via the app on your device.

If an iPhone

1. Go to the Spotify homepage on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
2. Click on Log in.
3. Enter your account information.
4. Click on Log in.
5. Click on your username.
6. Click on account from the drop down menu.
7. Click on subscription from the menu on the left side....

On Android Devices

How do I cancel my Spotify on Android?

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
5. Click YES, CANCEL. Your account page now shows the date you'll return to the Free service. We hope you decide to upgrade again

@JBaldwinIf you follow the above advice you should be able to cancel it for good.

You might be able to ask for a refund as you 'attempted to cancel and it didn't work'

Interesting that you mention Facebook @JBaldwin was that the cause of your additional charges?

I’m not linked with Facebook so not sure if they can charge as well?

Is your Spotify account all sorted now with the advice from @Cleoriff? Like @MI5 I'd be curious to know more about the role Facebook played in this
