Hello, a few weeks ago i was given an offer about the O2 free wifi service and i was sent a sim card, but ive realised i do not need this offer anymore and i would like to cancel it and cancel my direct debit with you, so there is no money taken from my account. My phone is not available at the moment so i cant call to cancel it, can i do it online please?

Hi @KB1 This is a customer to customer forum so you do need to contact O2. Sadly there is no way to cancel direct debits online ...you do need to call. Contact numbers here including phoning from a landline
Edited to add re O2 Wifi you dont have to cancel that...just dont use it
