Hi I purchased a Bolt on by mistake how do i cancel / refund it?

If on PAYG Boltons are none refundable as per the t&c's 


If on Pay Monthly, you will need to contact Customer Services and ask them to cancel it if you cant do it yourself, and they may be able to reverse the charge.. 

Give them a call on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Any bolt ons that can or need to be cancelled can be done in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

Otherwise there is no need to cancel as they expire automatically after a month.
