If on PAYG Boltons are none refundable as per the t&c's
If on Pay Monthly, you will need to contact Customer Services and ask them to cancel it if you cant do it yourself, and they may be able to reverse the charge..

Any bolt ons that can or need to be cancelled can be done in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
Otherwise there is no need to cancel as they expire automatically after a month.
