Hi,

The 1st July sees another drop in the maximum prices that mobile operators in the EU can charge for Roaming ( outgoing calls fall to €0.19 and data to €0.20 per mb ) - full details here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Union_roaming_regulations

With this in mind can we expect to see a drop in the cost of O2 Travel soon?

Hopefully they will comply with the regulation guide, alternatively people can just opt out of O2 Travel.

Of course the bigger question and maybe the elephant in the room, is how are O2 and others going to recoup the revenue they will lose when roaming charges in EU are abolished?

Don't forget the free 0800 numbers either wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Great find and very welcome news. I'm a little surprised that O2 haven't yet made a big announcement about this.
