Can’t seem to set up a monthly subscription

I have been looking to upgrade my Xbox one s for a while and saw the opportunity to do so with a monthly payment through O2 with an additional £120 upfront cost. However once adding the Xbox Series X Diablo IV Bundle to my cart to sort a subscription, it required me to sign in, in which I did. Once doing so my cart had been emptied and I can no longer access the avenue of paying for the Diablo IV series X bundle monthly. 

1- any ideas on what’s gone on??

2- any ideas as if there is a monthly payment plan for the Series X Diablo IV bundle.
