I had a virgin/o2 plan. I updated it to a new contract yesterday. I can't recieve or make any calls or texts. Including text codes to get into my o2 account. I can't call the help number as I can't make calls. The online chat robot doesn't understand. Very frustrated and don't know what to do.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or pop in store with photo ID and get a physical sim.
Sounds like you have been given an esim which you can't access.
