Can't access my orders to validate an order

When I click on view orders and delivery details I receive ths error message:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any thing I can do about this? I need to validate my order.

You may have to phone them, there have been a few complaints about the web site not working properly.

it seems to me you have about as much chaance as talking to God and him helping you as this lot. If by some extraordinary miracle I do get through I might as well be talking to my neighbour's cat for all the good it is.
