Hi,

My wife and I have old iPhone 7’s which are adequate for our needs - messaging, browsing. The problem arises when we visit our local indoor sports arena. We just cannot connect to the internet. I realise we can’t get wifi, but our phones are showing maximum phone coverage. I can message, but when I try to access the internet it just freezes and times out. Any ideas why I can’t use my mobile to access the web?

No reason why you can't connect to wifi, but the issue will be too many people all using data in the arena.

It would effect any phone regardless of age.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
