Hi I am trying to contact o2 through the web chat function....... for some reason its not working just saying "we are just checking to see if there are any available agents"
Do I just wait around for that to change or is there another method of connecting?

I know there have been problems connecting with chat....but looking at the time posted , dont they close at 9pm?
