I want to buy my husband a new phone. Hes already with o2 with an o2 sim, he smashed his phone and is using an old one. I want to get a new one for christmas without getting a new sim or deal just the phone and put his current sim on it. Can I do this?

@Leonora

Yes, buy any phone on PAYG.

You will need to choose a sim tariff but you don't pay for it if ordering online.

When the phone arrives, just use his current sim in the new phone if it's the same size, if not you can do a sim swap to the new sim tht arrives with the phone, which will transfer his number and credit Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
