Calm premium o2 extras

I recently got a new pay monthly sim and as part of my extras I selected Calm premium. But I have no idea how to activate it - it appears on my o2 app but theres no voucher code or anything, I've downloaded the calm app and when it has the option to join premium it wants my card details and to do a free trial - I'd rather not waste my free trial while I have premium as an extra, so haven't clicked on that...How do I redeem this extra?!

You need to do it through the app in My O2. Scroll down to Extras and click on Calm.

If they ask for card details as per terms and conditions here https://www.calm.com/en/terms  then you need to give them. Then after the length of the trial which is free, you need to cancel further subscriptions if you no longer want it.
