Calls from central Africa

I am so annoyed as i have been bombarded with calls from centre Africa all through the night, i tried blocking numbers but they asses always calling back on a different number. It’s like every 20 minutes. What can i do as its all Through the night

So have I, and tried to block. Also calls from Portugal and Moldova. All ring for 1 ring only. How can you stop it?

@Kirstin, @alanjmr There isn't much you can do. If you don't need your phones to be on all night, either switch them to Do Not Disturb, or turn them off.

How long does it last for. Do they eventually stop?

@alanjmr I think if you keep on blocking the numbers they eventually give up and move on, but there's no way of knowing that. The only other alternative is to change your number. O2 allows one change for free.

I’m also having this problem - hundreds of calls since last night from Central African Republic, Portugal and Moldova! Has anyone spoken to O2? There must be a data leak somewhere!?

I have been having the same issue all night! Phoned O2 and apparently they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. They said could be 24 to 48 hours before it’s resolved!

That’s crazy!!! My phone is ringing every 10 mins - wonder what the hell has happened?!

My phone does same and now it’s coming from
a satellite system is there nothing to be done?
