Don’t know if I am asking in the right place but someone might be able to help.
my son is travelling abroad. Currently in Ghana. He just got his bill and has been charged £52 for 2 calls that I made to him. Why is he charged when I called him? Tried the online robot app and been waiting all day still no reply!

Because whilst roaming calls received or made are chargable has they been since roaming first started. And Ghana, is one of those countries where charges are the standard charges...
Not sure why you think they should be free...
