Hi, I have purchased the oneplus 6 phone which is fabulous but I wasn't told that o2 doesn't support the call waiting facility on this device. Very disappionted with this as it's such a basic thing...may have well bought a cheaper phone. o2 should make customers aware of this BEFORE purchase!!

You can take it back within 14 days but who told you call waiting wasn’t supported?

@MI5Correct me if I am wrong but didnt we have another post yesterday stating call waiting wasn't provisioned on their new phone?. I remember as you gave the same answer to that poster?

Just to add I wonder if they are talking about WiFi Calling? (a completely different option)

The other was wifi calling, this is call waiting which is different, but possibly connected issues.
O2 does support call waiting but if wifi calling is enabled it needs turning off before setting up the call waiting features.
