Hi guys, how much will cost me if I want to make a phone call from here to Bulgaria? I want to dial a mobile number from my mobile phone. And if I ring will they have to pay something in Bulgaria? Thank you!

Rates for calling an international number from the UK are here:

Note the differences between PAYG and pay monthly.

If you are calling a UK number in Bulgaria, it will cost you nothing extra and the recipient won't be charged either.
