Hi,  this is a work related question, if anyone can help. We have BT quantum phones at work , at night we divert them to an O2 pay as you go I phone. We have work contract mobiles but on vodafone and BT divert does not work with vodafone , hence we have to carry 2 mobiles when on call. Can the work number be diverted to the O2  PAYG mobile then forwarded/diverted from there  to our Vodafone mobiles ?   Have tried call forwarding and call divert from intstructions I have found on internet but doesnt work.  If it was to work please can someone advise how I would do it?   thankyou

@Shelley

You can't set call forwarding on an O2 PAYG phone, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Ive done a bit off digging at work and there should be no reason that divert would not work to Vodafone mobile. Vodafone cannot be the one preventing that so maybe BT have something in place that is stopping this.
I would suggest speaking to the account manager about that if it is a business service.
If you have a system administrator please advise to check https://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/23995/c/5138/.
I do hope this helps.
Kindest Regards,
Andrew.
