Call barring

I've landed in Cyprus, turned my phone on roaming is on, when I try to connect to make a phone call, unable to due to call barring,. Never had this before, WiFi works ok, I can dial out using what's app but not on normal calls, and people can call me,   so how do I take call barring off, I've been to the bit where I can get to call barring. Then it asks for a passcode,. No idea what to do next, help stuck in another country and no idea

@Sas456  You have a international roaming bar on your account. You need to call O2 and ask them to remove i. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

You'll need to call customer service.

You can use Skype.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Many thanks, i don't  have Skype, I'll have to use some else's phone to call o2

You can download Skype on any device and it's free to call the 0800 numbers.
