Solved: Call Waiting on 02

I once rang 02 about using Call Waiting and they told me it wasn't a service 02 provided. So ever since then I just assumed I couldn't use this service with 02.

Maybe it has changed policy since? If Call Waiting is now available does anyone know how much it costs to use it?

Can I use it on basic button mobiles as well as smartphones?

I just want to hear a beep if someone calls my mobile if I'm on the phone to someone else. Will Call Waiting do this?

More importantly is it free?

Yes it's free and available (on contract phones anyway).

Settings are in my phone app on my phone.

I'm also on pay and go and don't think the call waiting service is on pay and go.

I'm on pay monthly and it doesn't work at all. It redirects any call to voicemail. I've ported my number on O2 and it worked before in the same model phone. I have two contracts. The second one works flawlessly. So definitely a service that is supported in Pay Monthly.
