Hi,

I am unable to make any calls. iPhone constantly saying “call failed”

I have good service and WiFi.
Had a cellular iwatch linked to my account yesterday and wondered if that is the problem.
Can anyone help please?

Thanks

p.s I have turned it off and on, reset network settings and messed with the aeroplane button

There appears to be a network problem currently @KellyB9

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Has there been any word of fixing this yet? I’m having the exact same issue since yesterday, I’ve reset all network settings and still nothing

Hi @Mouseninja

It must be area specific as I'm not having any problems.

Having exactly the same issue. FYI also have a cellular watch connected to my iPhone. O2 told me they are aware of the issue and are working on it

It is a know bug since IOS 15 with a lot of global networks that Apple need to get off there ass and fix..

As I said in another thread, Apple are been investigated by the Korean Telecoms regulator already about the issue.

Loads of posts on this today.

If you are getting call failed, a fix has been found if you turn off 5G
