I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem.

Last night I signed up to a new SIM only deal with a selectable extra. I chose 6 months of Cafeyn. I already had a one month trial so already have an account with them.

When I go to activate my Extra through MY02 it goes to Cafeyn and a page stating this link is no longer valid.

The only explanation as to why seems to be I'm an existing user using the same email address and to try linking from a different email.

There is no way of changing email address on cafeyn or even deleting the account (which doesn't seem right).
I cant change the MY02 linked to my account here.

When signing up there was no clear indication the 6 months would be for new customers only.

I'm a bit annoyed really. Seems like I have been missed this extra.

Hope somebody can help.
Thanks in advance.

@Livdiv

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
