Hello I would like some help regarding my device and how to claim damage as I have full insurance and does it cost if I claim or is it free to claim to have this issue fixed? what is the procedure many thnaks

You would need to speak to your insurers @Josh1011200 

If its O2 then you contact them first. or complete the claim form in this guide

You need to pay an excess on any claim (detailed in your policy)

If it's just failed though and not damaged physically, it may be covered by warranty which is free.
