Just got the turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 for ps5 and it doesn't work just tryed it for 1st time just says pairing over an over and mic doesn't work u can hear but nothing else plus there is no way getting in touch with o2 so I'm out my pocket 130 pounds

You would need to speak to customer services - there are some numbers to try in the guide below as well as hints on how to get through.
