@Anonymous If you're saying that you can't pay your bill because your phone is broken, that is not a valid reason and O2 will not accept that. You obviously can access the O2 site online, so you can pay through your My O2 page. Alternatively, you can go into an O2 store and they will call customer service for you to pay by phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Im not saying that ...got contracts for my so called sister cause i wanted them back it took me 3months wen i got back she took it out my house ad broke screen .wen i turn it on it just black

You'll have to pay to get the screen fixed yourself.
Go to a device approved repairer to retain your warranty.

This wont be anything that O2 can help with. Obviously some sort of domestic issue involved...but the fact remains you will need to pay your bill.  If you have difficulties then contact customer services as advised
