Booster Box stopped working

Booster Box has died and we have only one bar showing on our phones so they are not working well.  Help!

@Anonymous  If they are not working well I suggest you call customer services so they can help configure them properly (if necessary)

Call 8002 and report the fault to your boostbox but check your broadband connection speed first in case it’s faulty.
It’s nothing to do with the network status as the boostbox doesn’t connect to the network that way.
