My daughter recently moved into a new apartment and has no signal .she has epilepsy and has a 2 week old baby . As neither her nor her partner can get a signal within the property I purchased them a second hand boost box from ebay .can anyone tell me how to set it up please .

I'm afraid you can't.

It needs O2 to set it up and they will only do it for business customers.

The only option you have is wifi calling on compatible phones.
