I have used my monthly data allowance and have selected to change my tariff to ensure this doesn’t happen again. However this change does not take place until my next bill date which isn’t for another 5 days. I am looking to buy additional data to cover the next 5 days however when I go onto the bolt on page it doesn’t give me the option to purchase extra as it normally would and just tells me i have selected to change my tariff. Can anyone help and explain how I can purchase extra data and still leave the tariff change to take place in a few days time ???

Bolt ons can't be purchased whilst a tariff change is being processed so you aren't able to get extra data
However if you message O2 using the links below, they may be able to help you with this
