1) I’ve travelled to Spain twice recently. Both times my travel roaming bolt on has failed to work. If I am paying for roaming this is unacceptable.

2) I seem to have Disney, you are charging me for it, which I don’t want and didn’t ask for but which I can’t find a way to get rid of. Please remove it forthwith.

As a contract customer, travelling in Spain should work the same as at home, except for a 25GB data limit per month.

Removal of Disney+ info here, @PJT: Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

Reach out to O2 Social Media Team, links just below this post, to query why you were charged for making calls back to the UK while you were travelling in Spain both times. Good luck.

@PJT

We're all customers here like yourself.

To cancel Disney, follow this guide Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

Eu travel is included free. If using an iPhone your data apn needs to be "mobile.o2.co.uk" if you don't have the iData bolt on.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
