Blocking over 18 content

O2 been unhelpful and confusing on Twitter help . How do I turn on over 18 content blocking ? 

Ihe green slider is set to ON? Is this correct?

Guide: O2 Age restriction tells you about the setting when using mobile data. If you set it to Off, no site blocking is in effect except for globally barred sites, eg some DarkWeb, etc.

Note also this does not affect the adult or age setting if you are on WiFi, that needs to be set on the WiFi or broadband router to which your phone is connected.
