Blocking a number

Hi is there anyway to block a number from phoning a phone and to stop my children from phoning or texting to it and to do it online through my accounty

You can block a number on the phone itself in most handsets, you can also have the number blocked by O2. 

without going into detail which I am sure you do not want to do. What phone/phones do you want to do it on?

It's phone dependent. What phones are we talking about?

I need the number blocked by 02 as i don't want my daughter to know i have done it so won't be able to do it on the phone can it be done through my account or is it a phone call to 02

For O2 to do it it needs to have escalated to a certain point and in general they will not do it until it is at a police situation.

The only real option you have is via the phone but as has been said it depends on the handset,

O2 can block all calls to premium rate (09) numbers for you.
