i tried calling 2425 on my phone but what option am I meant to press or try

is it a bb10 or previous bb OS?

BB10 uses a normal web bolt on, that is available from 2425.BB OS7 or below need the bolt on added by CS. Also have you tried to do it via my o2?

2425 is the Pre pay Self serve number

So you need CS to add it for you. Try my o2 first though,it may save you a phone call to 4445. ( You can usually add bolt ons on my o2 but because this one is so specific I'm not sure). Make sure you have £5.00 balance so charge can be applied. It takes 24 for it to start working.
