Just received this text today and think it's a scam . Am I correct as my bill went out of my bank ok

Thanks for reporting this. We can confirm that O2 did not send this message and it is indeed a smishing text. Anyone who has received a fraudulent text message sent from ‘INFO’ please ignore it. If you’ve entered any information to the linked website then please contact Customer Service to reset your password and security question.
Please remember that O2 will never email or text anyone asking to verify personal or financial details.
