I payed my bill using automated method. I typed in wrong number o2 have filled out a ffrom 5days ago and I still have no connection due to them not finding payment has this happend before and how long will it take please

It could take weeks.
You really should set up a direct debit to avoid such issues.

If you had the same problem previously you really need to reinstate the direct debit.
