I keep receiving a letter from O2 saying that I have an unpaid bill however I have a phone and a laptop and both are uk to date. The account number in the letter isn’t one of my account numbers and I’m concerned that someone may have used my details to gain a contract in my name?

You need to speak to o2 and discuss this with them, the best number to call them on is 0800 902 0217
It might also be worth checking your credit report for any o2 accounts in your name, and also logging with action fraud
