@Andrew6

This isn't O2.

See help here Guide: Have you fallen for or been conned into a premium rate scam? What to do next and here www.payforitsucks.co.uk.

Ask customer service to put a charge to mobile bar on your account too.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Andrew6
This is a community forum we are all customers like you. It is very likely that you have been scammed. To stop this call o2 customer services early morning 08.00am is good. Get them to put a bar to direct Bill to your phone and a premium rate bar too.
Good advice from community member MI5 and links to advice.
It would be very unwise to stop your Direct debit as it is not O2's fault and you have a contract with them which you should honour. Stopping a direct debit will make matters even worse.
Good luck follow advices and you will get your money back.
