Registered at 08.31 for waiting room. Held on since then - Now message says 'not officially sold out but choose another venue'. Great! Did squillions of people register before 08.31??? What a con!

I would imagine many people did register...this guy has millions of fans and didn't he cancel one of his last UK gigs? Either way I would open another tab and go into a registered site such as Ticket Master or Get me In and see if you can get them via this route?

Thank you. It is pretty heart breaking when you have a 12yr old that really wanted to go. I have looked at the other sites but the price is too high 😞

I didn't realise that it was run like a lottery - I thought it was the good old fashion first come, first served 😞

Really upsetting @Anonymous Sadly Priority tickets are very popular. We hear from lots of disappointed customers..

I know this wont make you feel any better but am just telling you there are always issues ordering via this route for long awaited events

It is first come first served but there are always more people than tickets for these offers.

Tickets are limited unfortunately and many people will be disappointed. Personally I find the whole process of acquiring tickets through Priority to be extraordinarily hard and frustrating. There has to be a better way....
