Audible still managed by O2 after cancelation

I had a membership for audible as an extra. After the cancelation my audible account is still linked to O2. and can't resume my membership via audible. It says I have to do it via O2 but the extra is no longer visible/availble inside my extras. How can I unlink the two accounts?

@Georgios66

How to cancel here Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras

Or you'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for the replay but this is not helpful. I have succesfully canceled the audible extra, that was not an issue. The problem is that whenever I get to audible I get this.
"Your monthly Audible subscription is billed through O2"
I dont want my accounts linked, simply because the O2 add remove extra is such a fuss.

I don't wish to point out the obvious but it doesn't appear to be cancelled.

Might be best for you to call customer service

It is cancelled I got a verification message and I am not charged since then( it's been some time).
So by my understanding when you cancel I suppose I should not see that message?
Cause O2 support told me that my only option is too re-enable the extra (or not) and there is nothing else they can do. This is a very crappy way to enable/disable a memebrship in Audible if I have to contact O2 support everytime as there is no button for Audible for me inside O2 menu.

Can you not set up a new Audible account that is not linked to your o2 account?

I would lose access to my books, wouldn't I?

Anyway, I contacted Audible and they sort it out. My account is not longer bound to O2.
