I selected free audible membership as my free extra on my new device that arrived today. I've tried to activate this using the link but it says I have already activated this extra. I've tried logging in to audible directly, through the app and via amazon but it has not logged my membership anywhere. Has anybody else had this problem with an extra and had it resolved? Thanks!

Thanks Cleoriff, I'll try contacting o2. I went to earlier but they said they would only be dealing with emergencies which is completely fair, was hoping I could sort it myself. 😊

When you call use any number and press ANY option even fraud.
You will get through and the best time to call is 8am.

Did you managed to get through to o2 customer service? I have same problem but dont seem to be lucky enough to get through.
