Hi
I’ve received a letter from O2 saying my account is in Arrears by £36. Is this a scam letter or really from O2. I cannot find a phone contact number for O2 could anyone on here supply me with a contact number…thank you

Doesn't sound right as O2 do not usually write
Suggest you contact them using the following methods
Payment Management Team, they can be contacted on 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Message O2 on

Just to clarify
o2 do write to customers, if you are in arrears, as they are required by the FCA rules, and before they start the default process..
