Apply staff discount

I bought a new o2 contract (paym) 2 days ago from online website. I ported my Vodafone number to o2 using online link.

I am o2 employee so I want to apply staff discount. But unfortunately the VIP number is not working.

Also I don't have any way to getting through helpdesk.

Can you please let me know how I can apply staff discount ?

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately due to current situation webchat is not working and also customer service number is not working, there is a long wait/queue.

There's no other way unless you can access the O2 systems remotely.
