I’ve just tried to get an Apple Watch on a £20 a month contract and £20 up front fee, they’ve take the £20 up front fee but I haven’t had any conformation and the contract being set up? Any idea on what to do??

Did you get an order number at the end of the checkout? It may be worth checking your emails as you need to click on the link which will direct you to a page where you confirm all the T&C's for the SECCI and device plan repayment.

I didn’t get an order number because the o2 app crashed right after it check to see if I was ok to get it, and I haven’t received any emails regarding the watch. Which is why I’m confused why the up front payment was taken?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
