Apple Watch order

I ordered an Apple Watch on Saturday, it was in stock and said it would be delivered next working day. The order has been accepted but hasn’t progressed to processing. It’s now Wednesday and I haven’t received any correspondence regarding the order other than the initial acceptance emails on the day of ordering . Why is it taking so long? I could have bought it from somewhere else if I had known. How do I find out what is happening??

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
