Seen this quite a lot on here but no public way to fix.

New pay monthly sim only customer wanting to add my Apple Watch, I get the same message as everyone else on these posts about not being a pay monthly customer.

Can anyone help so I can use the cellular function in my watch, please?

@modularhope

Only O2 can help you, sorry.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Thanks - just looking through the previous posts on here and users got DM’d.

@modularhope No DM now ad O2 advisors were removed from here last July

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Had that still been an option, I would have suggested it to you @modularhope

Not our idea to remove our account advisors, just another of O2's brilliant ideas!
