Evening, seen similar posts on here and hoping someone from O2 can assist.

Have a pay monthly sim contract with Apple Watch cellular add on. The AW was not purchased from O2.

Previously everything worked great, however at some point the cellular stopped working on the watch. When I try to activate again receive an error asking to call O2 with error 14. Have tried resetting the AW, no luck.

Hoping someone from O2 can help out.

As in the link just below this post, any of Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram for O2, @Rutteger - good luck!

There are active links in the guide @Rutteger

Reference code 14

If you had received a SMS that states setup has been completed, please restart your watch. If you still get this error or you didn’t receive an SMS, the eSIM will need resetting, so please contact our Social Media team here
