Apple TV - Free with new contract

Hi,

I signed upto a new contract which includes access to Apple TV for free for 12 months but I can’t see how to redeem this or get access to it?

I have signed in to AppleTV as advised but nothing appears.

I’m not sure how the website can be out of date when new products are getting added and prices are changing daily... If you don’t know the answer please try not to make one up.

For anyone else who experiences this, the offer became visible under my iPhone Settings app, not part of the AppleTV app. It appeared at the top and I was able to claim the offer so it is 100% still available.

Thanks for your input though.

Yes but the webite is out of date due to the current situation

If it's not offered when you sign in to Apple TV it's finished or you're using a different ID to that you signed into on your new device.

As for the website being out of date @Duff13 I can assure you it is.

Due to the current pandemic, various parts of it aren't being updated. As we are customers like yourself but have been posting on here for years, we see what's happening on a daily basis.
