There is a delay in delivery due to the pandemic. The only email you will get is when it's dispatched. You will then be able to track your order via My O2.

You will get a dispatch email with tracking number when it's released to the couriers
If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

You can ask for a refund on next day delivery. Also you won't see anything on My O2 until your order is processed and dispatched.
