I upgraded my tariff last week and got Apple music free for up to 6 months. Yesterday I received an email telling me my offer is ready to redeem , I followed the instructions only to be told that Apple don't recognise the code. I then rang O2 only to be transferred from department to department and nobody being able to answer my query .I also spoke to Apple who said the only people to resolve this are O2 .Is there any advice anybody can give me , because the agents I have spoken to , although would like to help are clueless.
