No communication at all to state they have received my phone although royal mail says its there i had a promotion to receive £150 more for ordering the new s21 but only have 2 days left now from them taking 5 days to send packaging to then send it off to them theyve had it for 2 days nows and heard nothing not even to say theyve recieved it and are dealing with it etc... ive looked on the forums and heard bad things about them saying they take too long so you miss out on the amount stated, water damage when phones was fine to take weeks to sort out any help would be appreciated wish i sent it elsewhere now.
