I am trying to download the PDF of my latest bill via my PC using Windows 10 and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC and the O2 website popup window keeps throwing up an error as though I have no PDF reader installed.  Anyone else have this problem and/or any solution please? Thanks.

Try using Chrome or Firefox as your browser.

It worked with Chrome. Thanks for the suggestion.  Will make it my default browser.

Good news - There are a few compatibility issues with IE so I tend to avoid it completely these days.

There are so many browsers available now and to be honest IE is quite possibly the worst of any.
